Trey is a founding member of Broadway & Elmer. Prior to forming B&E, Trey spent six years as an NDA Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP’s New York and London offices. While at Paul, Weiss, his primary responsibilities were negotiating and drafting NDAs, joinder agreements and release letters on behalf of one of the world’s largest private equity firms and several of its affiliated portfolio companies. Trey’s skills and knowledge in NDA negotiation encompass private equity, credit, real estate, special situations and natural resources transactions.
Trey also worked in securities regulation and fund formation at Paul, Weiss and Sidley Austin LLP.
Griffin is a founding member of Broadway & Elmer. Before forming B&E, Griffin spent five years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, serving as the practice management attorney for one of the world’s largest private equity firms. In this role, Griffin worked closely with the general counsel, helping to oversee private equity, credit, natural resources, special situations and real estate deals.
Prior to his time at Paul, Weiss, Griffin worked in finance, securities and real estate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and White & Case LLP.
